2008 and B-pipe - carb settings

I have just finished installing my B pipe on my 2008 SJ, and installed the 135 hi speed jets that came with the pipe. I´ve read somewhere that the springs are a bit stiffer on the 08s, is this correct?

Are the factory pipe recommended settings a good starting point for the 08? I will finally fine tune it on the water but I want a nice base to start. Ski is otherwise stock (only removed 1 screen from the FA).

Also, should I set the rear cylinder a bit richer (as in race boats) or will I be fine setting both hi speed screws the same?

Thanks

Jetting

Hi,

I am about to test my jetting based on recommendations from the shop I purchased my parts from

I have a 2008 superjet
-Factory B pipe (Ported manifold opened up to 48mm) with water flow
control valve
-Pro logic new style porting with a lot of extra work on the transfers and
runners
-MSD enhancer with rev limit set to 9000RPM
-ADA girdled head 33cc domes
-Aftermarket flame arrestors
-Choke butterflies removed
-V Force 3 carbon reed valve system
-Epoxy filled intake manifold balance tube and reprofiled runners right
through to the reed blocks

The following is my start point for jetting that has been recommended to me from a reputable tuner.

135 mains (Stock 130)
75 Low speeds (stock 70)
95Gram springs (stock 115Gram)

High speed screw 1 1/4 turns out

Low speed screw 3/4 turn out

Hope this helps

Thanks! But I am a little less modded than you, only running a pipe....only thing I notice up to now is many people run 5 point larger mains.......
