image.jpg image.jpg Decided to eliminate one scupper tube. Modifying a wamiltons scupper to mount within a stainless disposal flange. Removing the glassed in tubes is a PIA. My compressor only takes so much before it gets too hot. A little bit at a time.

I would have capped the pump scupper. Harder to get to if something gets wedged in it.
I'm eliminating it altogether and just doing the one. I have to fiberglass the old opening on the hull and the opening in the bulkhead. Grinding out the old tubes is a lot of work.

pay no attention to the scupper on the exhaust side.

Getting back to the project. Filled in pump scupper, Reinforced sides of hull, fixed and sealed all inserts, installed brass waterline fittings.

Other than fixing the hull the only changes to the motor/pump set up will be a solas concord 13/19 impeller, and reinstall the fixed 14 vein 144mm mag and stubby cone. (thanks to Tricky1 for the machine work). To get me through the end of last season i was running a 14/20 impeller, stock pump and stock pump cone.

Looks great! Are you using the larger UFOs or the mini UFOs? Reason I ask is because I used the mini ufos and they worked awesome, but you have to grind/cut the little tab off of the strap hooks that point down.

Pump is in and motor set in. However, I need to pull the engine and do some work on the couch mounts. Motor sits a little high.

Shortened and painted the RRP pole. Motor, tank, exhaust, electric and pump are done. Now the tray assembly begins!
