2009 Modifications Questions

Hello everyone, new to this forum but not to mechanics - 53 years old.

I have a 2009 Superjet that I purchased a few years ago for general lake use, thinking about taking to the surf to give it a go.
But normally: lake use for exercise and general all around fun.

Mechanically all stock less an intake a grate and bilge pump.
I've decided I want a bit more power to continue progressing with my tricks.
So I have a new factory b pipe limited ready to go on.
I have a few questions and want to verify my mods before I tear it apart in prep for summer riding.

LOCATION FOR RIDING:
Sea level & lakes, PNW in Olympia Wa area.
Maybe go out to the surf a few times to try but not sure yet.

DESIRED MODIFICATION GOALS:
Increase power for more potential for tricks and general more fun.
Maintain reliability of stock engine and 93 Octane pump gas.
At this stage until engine is tired, no big bore or porting etc, will wait for that when the engine needs rebuilt.

TARGET MODIFICATIONS:
Factory b pipe limited, set up to factory suggestions for screws.
Modify factory carbs to accommodate pipe and possible head upgrade.
Potentially add a flow control valve for stinger.
Potentially add ADA Girdled head with 35cc/185psi dome heads.

QUESTIONS OR YOUR INPUT:
-Carbs: Rebuilding stock carbs, not that there is anything wrong right now but just to match the new mods and also replace aging parts inside (it is a 2009!).
Initial Carb set up:
F/A= Stock, will remove 1 of 3 screens out to reduce restriction into carbs but leave factory shroud to minimize potential water intrusion.
Quantity = 2
Main Jet = 135
Pilot Jet = 72.5
Needle/Seat = 1.5(55psi)
Spring = 115
Pilot screw = 1 1/4 turn out
Main Screw = 1 1/2 turn out
Assume if I add the 35cc heads, no difference in above carb set up?

-Cooling:
I want to stick with single cooling if possible for now - a-ok in my situation?
I assume to add the second port to the pump stator, I need to pull the assembly which frankly unless needed, my time is more important now than fueling my ego.
I also don't want to give up my OEM bilge pump (my redundant failsafe system), so dual cooling for me means a new hull penetration.
If I add the ADA head with 35cc domes, must I go dual cooling?
I do sometimes run down the lake wide open for 5 minutes or so continuous after some freestyle time and I need a rest or change due to wind direction etc.
Intention either way at this stage is to install second barbed fitting in lower exhaust manifold of b pipe and tee to original since this sets me up for future dual cooling if I need it.
I was going to add the flow control valve to the factory b stinger, is it worth it in my case? I assume so.
Single cooling routing: I was going to follow factory b recommendations, then just tee off before OEM pisser to feed FCV. a-ok?

ADA Girdled Head:
Ok so since I am on season 4 now of OEM power, my understanding is the factory b pipe adds about 20% more power.
That's a lot and I am excited even if the pipe is now $1250 or so.. ahh its a B.O.A.T for sure (Bust Out Another Thousand!).
Thinking since I have it all apart, why not put the head on it.
But is it really worth it without porting or changing OEM ignition system?
I haven't tested existing compression but the engine runs great and I run high quality fuel and oil, so I am assuming all is fine there.
If yes its worth it, in my riding situation, can I get away with single cooling @ 35cc domes/185 psi??
If no, can anyone suggest what's the cc limit?

Spark plugs:
I assume if I go with the ADA head upgrade with 35cc domes and max 93 octane gas, do I need to swap in cooler plugs?
OEM for me is NGK B7HS.

I think that's it everyone. If you've made it this far I am grateful.
I appreciate your help and seasoned guidance.

Thanks again, Andrew.
