someone has gotten real sensitive about this post... it was an attempt at humor as suggestions to dan as a way to keep his friend's ultra off of the water. it is a joke.


for those of you who are not dan and feel like you want to keep his ultra off of the water I suggest you tickle him or some other passive nonviolent method... Jesus :):):):)ing Christ!

Man, the last thing I want to do is get everybody all jacked up on this dude, (god knows I know what that's like), but yeah, if he knows to bring the Blaster, all should be cool.
On Sunday, when the surf got a bit sloppy later in the afternoon( and me not being a 21 year old rider anymore), I had a couple times where I'd come off of the top of a wave and the dude would be RIGHT THERE, where 5 seconds earlier he wasn't.
It was very un-nerving (if that's a word), because the thing was soo big and fast I never knew where it was gonna be.

WONDER IF ALL THE FREE-RIDE SYBER BOYS WOULD THINK THAT WAVEDEMON WAS A REAL PIECE OF WORK IF THEY KNEW ABOUT THAT GUY ON THE ULTRA..... HE WAS RECOVERING FROM ABDOMINAL AND OTHER CANCER SURGERIES OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS, HE HAS ABOUT 7 DIFFERENT TYPES OF PWC'S AND HE DOESN'T DISCRIMINATE, OR HATE......BUT HE STILL MAKES IT OUT TO RIP IT UP AS AN OLD RETIRED SURFER. THIS GUY HAS BEEN SHREDDIN THE EAST COAST FOR OVER THIRTY YEARS. HE WAS ONE OF THE FIRST FREE RIDERS WAY BACK ON HIS 440'S WITH SOME BOYS FROM HOLLYWOOD.... WE HAVE SEEN HIM GET CRAZY AND, AS A CONNECTED REDNECK SURFER, HE HAS SOME BIG PRINCIPLES ON AND OFF THE WATER... who cares what you have been through, how long you've been riding, who you know or how "crazy" he can get.... fact of the matter is he was riding recklessly in a large group of people.... if you are gonna ride like a douche atleast do it away from the group...

I've been nice in my email replies and let him know the rules are for safety. I told him we'd all like to see him show up with his blaster or a 440 he mentioned in an earlier email. IDK if he'll listen or even show.
