what is carbon fiber vinyl? is it a wrap that mimics the look?

All done, runs great. Ready to run, full size tank and battery, 3 gals of gas. The ski weighed in at 311.4, thats no bull. We went out the other day and its flips like nothing. What a great setup. The waves also sucked. Will post some pics.
