Ski looks awesome man! A little tweaking and you will have it running top notch. No joke one of those flips I saw you do this weekend had to be one of the highest I've ever seen. Glad I got to meet y'all this weekend, y'all are some cool cats

I saw this ski and Daniel Martin's KDX at the races in Racine, very sick. I am pretty sure I am going to get one of these, they look very well built.

How different are the Freaks and the KDX hulls?? Is one built more of an all around ski, or are they both flatwater backflippers that won't do 30mph straight?

KDX and Freak look similar but the bottoms are different. It will only be a few weeks before you wil get to see a few of them side by side at the Lake Erie Freeride :) Just rode a bunch of different boats again this weekend. Lots to choose from now. Test rode the new BOB Gen 3 w/850, and the KDX 1100. Freak ride again hopefully very soon. Im a slow learner so I need at least a few rides on each to tell the differences. Frosty gets on them and just rips it. IMO Freak and KDX have similar ride characteristics so far.

We just got this ski dialed in 2 rides ago...all I can say is it is UNREAL! Figured it be a mild upgrade from my XS1000; especially after those 1100s that initially hit softer than a XS1000, but yet everyone wanted one. Needless to say I was not sure what to expect, but after riding it I'm VERY HAPPY!

The hull is inline with the freak, but a bit more narrow, however the fit'n'finish is impeccable!

The problems with this hull motor combo (seriously) anyone can get on this ski and look like a pro! I don't claim to have any skillz, but I can say the combos and tricks I learned in 1-2 rides/my learning curve has flourished. I say this because If you were up in the air for SECONDS LONGER you could easily take one or both hands off and still land comfortably and throw another trick! I hate to say this, but

THE SKI MAKES THE RIDER...this was not true 5 years ago; it was all about your skill not your ski.

Motor compensates for bad form or lack of skill...so I guess I cheated. :frown:
