Sounds like the sales men i full of it, if they come out and say they will be skiing them they wont even hit the floors till next years. Sound odd to me. If u was a betting man i would say no go for 2013, what i think some don't understand is they would sell if they could. But with the emission issues they can't.
No idea what you just said, but emissions isn't an issue in Kuwait, France, Australia, Malaysia, NZ etc. The 2013 Superjet will be available. Superjet market is not America, its the rest of the world.

I hope your're right Kevin, that will be great news, even for Americans because that will ensure that we can get parts. I'm only skeptical because a friend of mine who works at Kawasaki said they have discontinued the SXR world wide, so if two strokes aren't an issue in other parts of the world why would Kawi not continue to sell them there?
KR Isn't that the 2012?
The pic is a 2012. The picture is merely showing that Yamaha supports the production of a superjet. I don't know why Kawasaki stopped production, Im just a simpleton. I would imagine its because the Superjet has been marketed better to be a recreational and freestyle machine while Kawasaki just fell a bit short.
Yami-rider is spot on. I can't say what will happen to the US, but the guys at Yamaha Australia are in full support of production.

your right that they have marketed great as a freestyle ski. But kawasaki marketed the sxr as a race ski. And I think the rec riders are about 50/50. Where I live i see 10-12 sxrs to every sj. I ride big water and the sj just doesnt stay hooked up I have a freestyle rn that I never ride because for me it just dosnt hold a candle to my sxr. I get the attraction to the sj but i think there is alot of hype that the rn just can't hold up to. Imo!!!!!!
I would like to know th production numbers for both in 2011
