Planning to build a 2013 Yamaha Superjet build (old school style with a NEW style hull)

This was my last superjet build before all the backflip ski builds:
2002 Superjet build

I don't think I will go to that extreme, but I think I am ready for another SJ build/lake cruiser ...so I am starting with a 2013 Yamaha Superjet and hope to add all the following:

Motor:
B-pipe limited
MSD Enhancer
ADA Girdled head (35cc/185psi domes)
701 ind. ol skool flame arrestors+adaptors....don't work!
Primer kit

Pump:
10/16 Hooker Prop
Thrust EZ Pull Trim
Pro-Tec steering Nozzle
65V Reduction Nozzle (5degrees of trim) Bored to 85mm
Wet Wolf pump cone
Worx 228 Intake Grate

Hull:
Reinforce 1708 biaxel & black dye resin
Bondline filler epoxy and cabasil, + milled fiber and cotton.
XS adjustable Pole kit
XS steering
24-7 Hood & nose
OE graphics for hood
Showtime hood hooks
Cold Fusion Hood prongs
Blowsion Kickers footholds
UMI Billet Finger Throttle
Blowsion billet gas cap
Bilge pump
Hydroturf mat
ODI grips
Hood Straps
Hydro-Turfed tray and rails

Here we go!

Here is my 2002 superjet next to Bogart's 2008 XS built superjet (AKA Littl' Ripper)...the chimes in the rear of the ski were my only concern (you can see the difference from the pics), but his seemed to handle very well. I guess it is all set-up!

Should I put a scupper in it?...would really like to, but always been concerned about putting in screws without being able to seal them off. Feel like it is a good way for water to get into the foam.

Thoughts?

I've got a couple of SJ hulls with scuppers in them. I don't think it's worth it. I like them in my aftermarket hulls because I'm more active in those, but I don't take on that much water with the SJ.

Where do you get the 24-7 stuff?

I've had good luck with a spring sealed one way valve (sewer BFP) from Home Depot and some PVC, seems to seal up much better than a scupper. I also like them to dump out in the pump cavity rather than the back of the hull. Versiplug seems to work well too.

Here is what it would look like if these 701 Industry filters worked with a head....they DON"T!

Wonder why they made their product to ONLY work with a stock head...am I missing something?

They tilt fwd. covering the plug holes...SUCKS!

Yamaha's stator look soooo much better than pre '08's...
Added the following to the pump:
1. 65V reduction Nozzle with 5degree up-sweep and bored to 85mm
2. Hooker 10/16 prop
3. Wet Wolf stubby pump cone
