Filled hole OE pivot cable hole and reinforced the pivot bracket area...then, covered the foam fillers w/ glass & painted the firewall.

the black dye and 1708 biaxel turned out super NICE!


Added "T" handle carb adjustment screws, primer fittings, and flipped the base of the Flame Arrestors to fit!

Added the hood straps and the XS pole bracket

OE Pump dual PIN alignment is a nice feature on the newer SJ...you have to pull up then back to take these pumps out (due to the pins)

The upsweep nozzle i ordered needed to be sent out to be machined to work with the trim. While he was at it I had him cut that protec nozzle too.

Pump installed...with thrust EZ trim and cut ride plate added!

picked this up today...guess I'll need 1 more ski to make it complete!

Replaced and repacked bearings...got the LED's working too!
