Still haven't tried it, just been too lazy to swap it over. I know it won't choke the engine. Seems TPE engines make great power no matter how they're setup and Dasa engines need the most meticulous of tuners just to make them work properly for their given engine size

I'm at 36 3/4" pivot to pivot which should put the tubes around 22" but mine are cut a couple inches shorter. Depends if you want more ability to lengthen or more ability to shorten

Not trying to change your post, but, I will be getting my 2014 V2 from Tony the last weekend of September... if all goes as planned ( schedule wise )... that is our speculative date... I never rode a V1 or V2 and I am buying from what I have read abot the Bots... I am coming off of a Yami SN so looking forward to the change and I will keep you guys in tune with my swap over...

Quick facts:

61X single carbed case with Mikuni SBN 44, 62 T bored to a 760, ADA head with 38 domes, Boyessen reeds, MSD enhancer, Factory pipe, Hooker 9/15 prop, Stock air filter, Worx intake grate, etc....

The motor rips so I am pumped to swap her over and excited to learn how to shred out on the Bot... !!!

Back on track I replaced my RRP cast pole for a billet Aura pole and installed a pole spring. Loving this set up and I shaved some weight! Fully adjustable steering plate angle also. I'm loving this hull so much!! I've considered getting a fresh hull for 2015 which would definitely be another Aquabot but I may just keep this one and have no off-season this winter. This summer has been very flat so I haven't ridden a whole lot lately.

Slick, I wasn't aware they added that feature similar to the Wabunzun. Couple that pole with the new Thrust steering and you would have A LOT of adjustment options. Fine lookin ride and you seem comfortable on it aswell. Have fun

This ski is for sale. Can sell complete RTR or sell drivetrain and keep hull. Just trying to downsize and pay other debt. Not a desperate sale. I just posted it as a complete ski in the classified section. May list everything separately in parts section soon also. Love everything about this ski but it's more than I need at this point

Sold the engine and plan to sell other parts as well. Going to run a stock 61x for now and just ride harder to make up for lost power. Will still likely have this ski or hull available for purchase but preferably not until the Daytona Freeride unless someone throws money at me beforehand

Small update. I tapered my rails back to keep it more loose and predictable while riding with the hull more flat. I liked this mod a lot and it was very noticeable with no negative affects. More tweaks coming soon...
