Made a lot of progress this weekend, though it doesn't really look like it! Hurricane Industries came through with the graphics and I'm very happy with how they turned out.
I mounted/plumbed/wired bilge switch and primer. Plumbed fuel lines. Epoxied in new mounts for battery and water box (previous owner had a PFP and small batt). Trimmed and epoxied in gas tank cradle. Repaired start/stop switch. Epoxied in zip tie mounts to hold electrical and fuel plumbing neatly. Reinstalled exhaust. Drilled for pissers. Got drivers side decals installed.
Ran out of 3/8 tubing, derrrrr. I only bought 6 ft for some reason, so I have more coming. Also had to order another fuel tank strap - I was intending to use one new one that I got off eBay last week and one leftover old one, but the old one has stretched too much from ten years of use and is a no go...
Here's where I'm at now.
Can I get some opinions on the turf? I bought this black/red diamond. Part of me likes it but part of me thinks its kind of gaudy. The last few skis I've had have all been very neutral so I might be feeling bold with this one. These pics may give you an idea,
I'm really not too far from being done. If work allows I may pull a few late nights in the garage to get it ready for the weekend.

I finished my turf. I hate turfing so much, lol. I used some fat mat underneath and ended up using all red/black diamond. I like it. Just have to cut out the holes for my foot holds/primer/bilge and the turf will be totally done.
I hope I can wrap this up this weekend. It's funny...every time I think "oh yeah I'm so close to being done!" I think of ten other dumb things I still have to do. But I do think I'm really close now finally lol.

I was just going to ask the same thing, trailblazer on the ground in the first pic..... what did you use around the turf to seal it? Is that the pre made kit from the ski clinc?

@Ducky @joecef it is lowered but not bagged. My driveway is really steep, like a 45 degree angle, and then levels out to get into the garage. So the photo is misleading!
I just used regular RTV around it to seal it. Partially for sealing, and partially to give it a nice edge/outline. I bought a roll of turf and just cut it up myself. I didn't know SC had a pre-cut kit honestly. I used tin foil to make rough templates, and then cut the pieces out with about 1/4" extra so I had some room to shape it.

Finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel today!! Finished a few odds and ends. I am really happy with how it turned out, it was worth the extra time waiting for little bits of hardware here and there.
Here are some pics before I ugly it up with the registration numbers Still need a limiting rope, picked up some hardware for that tonight.
I thought this was pretty trick also. The xmetal pole comes with two modified washers like this
I wasn't really digging that. Now it has a hurricane symbol instead!
It was about 3pm when I finished so I hoofed it to the lake for the test ride. Man....I am in looooooove!! I didn't ride too long, I just wanted to shake it down and make sure everything was in the same place as when I started, lol. I can't wait to ride it more. It is surprisingly stable and solid, but it just wants to fly out of the water when you blip the throttle. It feels super light and agile. I was thinking of doing a bigger motor during this build, but I think the 735cc I currently have will be plenty. Now, I just need some talent to fully take advantage of this thing!!
I have the pole adjusted as long as it will go, but it will still take some getting used to. I'm pretty short too so it is a little bit of a reach for me. One thing I really love about the hurricane is the super adjustable footholds, those are great!!
