Great weekend.. From Thursday all the way till this afternoon... This was only my second one and it was really great to see some of the people I met last year and meet new ones as well.Even with the river flowing through my tent Friday night and all my clothes getting wet it still beat a good day at work! Can't wait till 2016 Robbie! Thanks again for leading these up man.. The captain will flow at every one of them!

Thanks everyone for the great weekend! Went pretty dang smooth. One slight scare from dnr, but I think they were ok with everyone when they realized we are normal people. As always, the food was great and meeting new friends, and trying out different skis! Can't wait for next year! Matt jones had a poor performance this weekend with a 8pm bedtime!!

Great weekend all around! The campground seemed to be much more accommodating to us and the DNR ended up leaving us alone.
FYI...it might have been Dakota that rummaged through your trash bags. I think it was like 2am or something and I woke up and I catch Dakota walking back into my tent and I was like wtf dawg....then she jumps up onto my bed and is freakin' soaked. WTF DAWG! I think she went to get some midnight snackies and then took a dip in the lake.

Big thanks to the GA Jet Pirates for hosting such a fun event. It’s the only freeride I know of that gets everyone together at night to hang out have a dinner and shoot the poop. This comradery is what sets the GA freeride apart from the rest. I suck at beer pong but might have to woop some auss in a cornhole tournament next year. Weather ended up being way better than forecasted and if it had to rain glad it was late into the night. Lake was way warmer than expected and air temps Sunday evening was actually hot. With plenty of boats to my surprise to chase it could not have been a better season ender. Cheers to everyone that made this such a great event. I vote it gets turned into a bi annual ride, just pick a date and you know the peninsula will be sold out once again.
