2016 Air Blair listed

Got aidetracked so everything posted in my old post is no longer available.

Is there something I am missing? Is the price great/bad etc? Would this set up be enough for backflips? Flat water?

I love the paint job on that AB fixxy in that Facebook post. I have seen that ski in person.

For what it's worth... If you fancy the pole ski version, I have a 2015 Air Blair Dart with a 61X 701, 64X electronics, factory pipe with mod chamber (with 4 rides on it), 155mm pump with 6/12 cutback Skat prop, KP pole, and a bunch of other goodies. The tray has been de-foamed, and the tray is widened and set up for adding adjustable footholds. It's going up for sale this spring. Just haven't gotten around to posting it yet... I'm in West Michigan. PM me if you're interested in it, and we can chat.

I have ridden @Rushford_Ripper 's air blair fixxy. So much fun. I love my air blair dart. Hopefully Ryan will chime in.

I would think you would need more power for a FW flip. For price I think a new hull from Adam would be around $5k. Contact Adam Im sure he can tell you all about the ski.
X2, I also rode ryans and also think you will need quite a bit more power for flatwater flips, atleast I would haha. Hull had a lot of pop though, his seemed like it would do more with the same power than my xfs
From what I’ve been seeing lately I’d say that’s a good price

This! Pounce on this before it gets listed publicly, cuz it won’t last once it does. I’ve seen and ridden this one, and everything he did is “not cutting corners”.

If you’re new to riding, I would suggest a pole-ski first. Blair fixed steers are indeed fun, but getting back on once you fall is way harder than a pole ski.

Thats awesome lol that appears to have an a hood straight off of a 1995 yamaha VXR Pro, right? I literally got one for free from someone on offerup LAST WEEK to play around with grafting a possible fixie conversion onto an old JS hull i'm "ruining" ... great minds, I guess....

So I prefer the fixed steer, just my riding style. I know the seller of the fixxy hull listed and he is a great person to deal with. Price is pretty reasonable and they ride awesome! The dart (pole ski) is a great all around hull and these are super durable and take a beating! As far as the one listed for sale, you will need more power for flat water but anything is obtainable with time and money lol. All in all, you won’t be disappointed in any of the Air Blair hulls!
