Finally got my new build underway. Been riding my brothers hull for some time now & absolutely loving this hull

Got my rear bond rail trimmed to liking, tubbies installed, and pump shoe ready to glue in. Stay tuned for more progress!!

Drilled and tapped for the front hood latch and set up my Thrust adjustable latch. Drilled out holes for my pole bracket and installed the pole, spring and air tubes.

Got the ski finished up for the most part. Enough to ride !

Instead of cutting off an ear from a broken set of bedplates my friend brought over a piece of flatbar. We will see how that works.

Using a Solas pump, Solas wear ring, Solas prop behind my Dasa. It was a perfect fit to Tony's inserts.

New oem driveshaft/midshaft/carrier/ all driveline bearings/seals

I took a grinder to the intake grate and cleaned up castings. Needed some help To fit proper.


Thrust Innovations shorty steering- uses a BMX/mtb headset. Oem cable. There's no resistance, 100% smooth.

Thrust ball scupper, mini hull drains(still have to install) I don't run a bilge pump.

Thrust trim kit - quick steer nozzle and reduction nozzle.

Thrust's new rear tow hook and front billet hook.

Topside of the ski I have their new quick start.

Cold fusion black tank. This tank will never get yellow or dirty.

Sweeeeet man looks the nuts! I've just ordered some Thrust goodies for mine too. Interesting running the plate that short, every other i've seen is alot longer.
What motor is that your running?

My ski is custom length. 3" longer than a regular sv1. I hate skis that don't have flush plates. This rides much better.

Aaaah special boy haha.

You boys only need a 701 with the surf you ride, big cc's would scare me in that stuff.
