Mainly the Dremel with the flap wheels and drums shown then hours of 120 / 240 /360 sanding then lots of Mothers.

Passing time, still waiting, any day now. I was able to register this as a 2019 Rickter without any problems. Hope to hit the water soon.

Yes I think I order it in January. The FS seems to take a little longer because they don't normally make them.

This is the second one this week I have seen with diamond that’s why I am asking. Saw it on an XFS too

I know from the factory you can get Hydroturf in waffle or diamond, not sure if they still use their other waffle stock from the factory. Special order there are a lot more options than advertised.

Turf is standard diamond cut. I ordered extra padding, front sponsors, and ninja footholds as options with the FS build.

The first big issue I just ran into is when trying to align the engine to the midshaft. The engine sits 5.8 mm to high in the front and the rear. I am running the OEM motor mounts 6R7-44517-00-8S. Starting to think this hull was manufactured incorrectly. We have tried bringing the front of the engine up but that just opens the gap at the bottom. Has anyone else run into issues with Rickter Hulls? Normally the engine is low and I can add shims to align it, with it too high that's is a whole different type of problem.

I've never seen that on any of the Rickter hulls I've built. Seems strange.
