Use a Magnet Pickup Tool against it:
if it sticks it's Steel, if it don't then it's Aluminum...

Stock impeller is stainless.
Not sure of the pitch number, but honestly it is really irrelevant. We find OE Pitch numbers don't always match anything;

Like John said, the stock pitch is irrelevant. You can pitch it up some if you add mods.
