Hmmmmmmmm, last activity was 8-11, you posted on 8-13, that is 2 days, When was he on there before that? I dont know, have not seen him post in a while. Actually 7/20/08 was his last post, so I guess me saying "Dont think Ben gets on the site much anymore." holds true......... ( at least as far as posting)

Post some pic's of the car up. Left buidling cars because it was to expensive I thought skis would be cheaper. I was wrong.

Heheehehheheheehehhehehehe

I found a way to keep the expenses way down, really down..... I dont think I have spent more than $50.00 on my ski since I first cranked it up.......

It is really simple, just dont ride !!!!!!!!!!!

soooo uhhh when do you plan on riding?? in a few years?
whats the hold up with getting something on the water for the summer?

If i had another hull id be goldin..I need to finish up the tray, its all cut out so i can drop in the carbon one.The back needs to be all sealed up,need to make another chamber and hood.Just alot of fab work that needs to get done.Need to get a top end,ADA head, prop, midshaft assembly. So there is still some to go.This is a project ive worked hard on and dont want to rush it at the last min just to get it on the water. But trust me i wish i didnt go off task by making parts ect and just bought the stuff the first time around and just got this on the water...then mess with makeing parts.But...what are u going to do,i took my time for granited.

I feel ya on taking your time. Once you get 95% all tricked out, you say to heck with it and want the last 5% to be blinged out too. No sense to rush getting it on the water now, the season is probably almost over for you guys anywyas. I know I will probably ride to the end of Sept max anyways.

I have a report on Bens Carbon /Kevlar limited chamber he made .
We burned about 2 tanks of gas on it Monday and it sounds and performs great IMO ..I had to grind some glass to keep it from rubbing and also grind my manifold so it would not rub that .

We also tested out the SJX2 conversion hood we made and we are thrilled how that works and how it rides .Also installed a 12 vain Mag pump on the conversion ski and that worked great too .
Overall it was a very good day .
Ben will be back working on his ski ,he will be buying an AM hull because I bought his hull to build for myself .

Just havto finish the maching nose, and paint. The ski was very comfortable to ride.
I was able to stand without hunching. I've owned X2's in the past and this set up was much more at home to ride. This is what Art wanted and it was a 50/50 on how it was going to perform...But after rideing it,it took no time for me to get use to it.This conversion exceeded our expectations. Id like to do this conversion on a SXR next.
