How are you guys keeping this thing in place? Mine has the brace with short straps that keep it solid from front to back, but side to side it keeps flopping on me.

Buy a piece of EVA foam (blowsion sells it for rrp exhaust) and glue it in your hull up against the sides of the tank

That's what I did for my last hull, was hoping for something a little prettier but it does work well! Thanks man

I think my old hull had Velcro on the bottom. I didn't get a tank with old hull so I didn't try it. Probably would work if good adhesion and that tank is strapped down tightly. I run an addition strap over the entire tank. A little play but hasn't caused anything I've seen

Never even thought of 2 sided velcro, i got some heavy duty industrial stuff that would work i bet, and i wont have to cement some ugly foam blocks around my tank. Thanks!

Yep, that is what I used. There are also a few companies that sell a cradle for the two gallon jazz tank. I think Hurricane Industries, and Tigercraft make them.
