3-hole vs 4-hole 44mm Mikuni SBN

4 hole all the way. one an one will not work. i had a 61x dule 44 set up i got from member here and they had one 4 and one 3 hole.i didnt look at the carbs close and tryed to run it like that and it ran like crap. can you make 3 hole carbs work? yes you can. the 4 hole carbs tune much better.

Group K advised me that there were 7 different designs of the 44 Mikuni carb made. It should be noted that oem 4 hole and aftermarket 4 hole circuits have different size hole arrangements and are not a match to run....
