umm it was quite easy to be honest. just cutting it bit by bit to get it to fit, i just took my time. i have glassed in the whole bottom of the sn sj and have used the sj deck as well
which turned out awsome. the exhaust is one that i made for the ski not the sj one and ive gone to 2 1/2 inch, im also planing to run a rn sj water box but its gona be tight so might make a new one not sure at this stage.

If you are planning on riding that in the surf, I would pull the engine and add a few layers to the complete inside of the hull. I ground out all the ribs and covered the whole inside with a carbon kevlar layer for strength. Someone made a barrel roll attempt, pancaked it and I still got a crack in the top deck right by the hood. The SMC hulls on these 300s are brittle. Otherwise this looks great! really nice work, I wish I took mounts with my pump cavity when I grafted mine in.

skis finely finished!:burnout:. Motors out now lighting fly wheel and fixing a crack which Brian 216 had warned me that would happen :twak: should have glassed it at the start but was in a rush to get it going as summer was ending

I would love to see a video. This is awesome. How long did it take you to learn all about glassing and how did you learn? I hope to accomplish this conversion in a few years with my 300sx. Amazing job. I really want to see what this thing can do.
