I'm jumping on the topdeck bandwagon since I sold my Wamilton's hulllast year at Daytona. I really regret selling my Wammer, but I had my reasons at the time.

This build will be utilizing a "smorgasborg" of parts that I recently acccumulated via searching the for sale section right here on the good ol' X.

Here's where I am so far:

Hull---Squarenose hull that Steve from WCF used to make his bottom plugs/molds.

Topdeck---WCF "old" style topdeck with WCF footholds.

Hood/Nosepiece---Old school (pre-SR71) 24-7 Maros-built hood and nosepiece

Bulkhead---XFT bulkhead with scupper tunnel system.

Handlepole---X-metal -4 pole.

I just started actually working on the project after lunch today. After I got the old plumbing, bulkhead, etc. out of the way, I went to the Marine Store and bought the sandpaper, resin, two-part foam, rollers, squeegees, blah, blah, blah that I need. I had an old neighbor of mine that is in mangement with Century Boats who hooked me up with two doses of Plexus and an air-powered gun to dispense it.

I have not weighed anything yet. (I lost the scale in the divorce and have not purchased another one yet :icon16:) I WILL weigh it, though because I want a different screenname. :scratchchin:

Anyway---here are some before pics:
