if Air is the catalyst to making it dry, then sealing it off will not let it dry.........

Polyurethanes require heat or air as a catalyst to complete the curing process. Read here...

It was too cold in my garage for the 5200 to cure when I did my footholds, so what I did was put a small space heater on low in the tray, with a board and towel over the top. Make sure that it holds heat in the tray, but use common sense so you don't set your ski on fire.

There is a gap at the front of the tray to let fresh air in, so when I draped the towel over the back it didn't fry the heater.

Screws were done by Wamilton's instructions. Just for my future knowledge, is there any reason not to use them? I had no trouble getting em out to glass.

ha if you think that is a lot of screws I used even more than that to suck my babys tight!!! Thats a really cool idea tho with the space heater.
