Todays update, Foam wrapped the tray Foam wrapped the center Hold down strap mod Front lock downs (locks from a ts 650 seat )Finally bolted in the steering in.

So yesterday (laborday) spent the day
Rebuilding the start stop switch (this one has a safety switch on it)
Hooked up throttle cable ( Bmx brake lever)
Made bracket for the steering cable. .. And adjusted the steering full left and right.

Took a break from it tonight. i just need to turf, hook up the bildge pump then test ride!

im curious to see how strong the hood is, did you reinforce the underside? there is a ton of tweaking comming from the bars when ridding just curious to see how you handled that.

other than that it looks sweet!

I hope you reinforced that hood because i don't think the stock hood can handle that kind of torture.

I reinforced the top side, i am curious as to how long its going to last. Im picking up a spare hood in the few days. I wanted to flush the center of the hood with the sides. Just no time! i wanted to see what i could do in 7 days. I gotta finish it aside from turf tonight. Gotta get it out of the garage my dad has some projects he wants to build

Hahaha ! Im going to ride it in the next week or two, Im waiting on turf in the mail. Might just say it and take it for a quick ride with out it!

Your better off finding a side exit ski! if you flat deck a rear exit you have to mod the exhaust.

I used a some flat stock and bent it in the cover bolted both ends. I used the old steering cable holder from the pole.

Just i just took my 650 for a ride with one of my buddies ( he was on his super jet) . His ski wasrunning funny so went back to the and fooled around on the flat deck. ..still no turf but the thing is a ing blast! need to do some adjusting but nothing but smiles from the two of us. Waiting for the video so as soon as i get it will be up!
