300/440/550 550, how to make it more reliable?

got all that fixed.


then i found something i should have found in the first place, my wire harness was rubbing on the drive coupler and wore out through the outer part, causing a short.. doh, lol

It's always some little thing that seems to catch me too. I couldn't figure out for the life of me why my ski kept cutting off when I let off of the throttle the last day in daytona this year, but it would run fine on the beach. Turns out I didn't tighten a nut on the throttle cable. :doh:
