550sx pjs pipe cooling/jetting question

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and bought my first stand up 1 year ago. It is a 91 550sx. It was all stock when I bought it, and this winter I decided to pipe, returf, cooling/fuel lines, and a new air filter. I bought a pjs system (pipe, head, manifold) and a Coffman waterbox. I am lost on the cooling line routing. Im going to run single cooling, and I've seen many different diagrams on forums, though I am unsure of which is the correct one. Also, I'm unsure about rejetting it. I am at about 700 feet elevation. So what will I need?Would the diagram shown be the correct diagram? Please help.
PS: I am very new to standups and could use the help. Thanks everyone!

looks fine other than plug the optional pisser #2 at the head pipe
maybe later down the road you can add a small bypass to it to adjust the chamber tuning
