550sx pump bearing replacement

I have a 1991 Kaw 550sx. I want to replace the pump bearings and seals. I have the pump off and disassembled. Can anyone give me a step by step instructions on how to remove the old seals and bearings and then install the new bearings and seals? Do I need a press or can I tap them out and in with a hammer and long punch? Do you have to freeze the bearings and heat up the pump?

I've replace bearings/races on my trailer wheels without a press, just using a hammer and punch and socket that matches diameter of bearing outer ring.

Any advice will be appreciated.......thanks

Well thanks to Facebook I found the answers to replacing the bearings. It was just like replacing bearing races on a trailer. Tab the old bearings out and tap the new ones in. Don’t need a press, just a long punch and hammer and sock that matches width of bearings and seals.
