Super Jet 5mil Billet Rad crank , 62t cyilnder

HI guys hoping you can help me with a couple of questions ?
I just bought a 5mil Billet Rad crank new with stock lenght pro x rods , i was thinking of just buying a 62t cyilnder and boring it out and putting some 89mm sleeves in !
Where is the best place to buy them and who has got them ?
Can i just buy a pro x, cr 500 piston and put it in ?
I still would like to run pump gas if i can , but don,t mind bringing the comp up a little ! What size domes would you run with ?
What size spacer plate would i have to put in ?
Been reading some of this stuff for hours , i know one of you boys will know 5mm billet crank with 89mm pistion = what in cc ?
Not looking to spend a fortune on this one or i would have to buy a dasa or power f !
Any of you guys have some great ideas i am more than happy to listen !
Thanks for your time !!

89mm x 73mm= 907.8cc. sleeves would be your make or break on this engine. with a 62t cylinder you will def need to do some tweaking to get a +5mm striker to have correct port timing for low to mid range. piston pop up will be pretty far oit the top. custom domes will be needed for this reason. don't forget cr 500 pistons are a lot taller from top of wrist pin to top of piston so do a lot of measuring before you port or cut your spacer plate and domes. the degree wheel is your friend and this is not any easy slap together with off the shelf parts engine. I have custom sleeves that will work with this combo and can do the machine work so it would bolt right together for you. give me a call if you want to talk more. and do yourself a favor and stay away from cast pistons for this engine, spend the extra 100 bucks and buy forged.

It's definetly possible to do what you are doing but their is alot of machine work involved to get what your tryin to achieve. After you figure out your desired port timing and what piston you are going to use which you have many options the cr500,seadoo 951,group k's pistons, dasa's piston's xscream's pistons which all vary in compression heights wrist pin size, ring pin location, dome angle. You also must machine the squish band on your domes within a few degrees of the angle of the dome of the piston

Just call Art at jetworks. Imo hes the best. I have seen other people fight with similar setups. Art will steer you in the right direction without breaking the bank. He will explain everything thoroughly and make sure you get the most power and compression you can have. He even tuned my carbs so it was as easy as bolting it in and riding.

This is a pic of a used RAD +5m crank. (Old Pic) These are getting hard to come by, and even harder to have rebuilt, as rebuild parts are getting pretty scarce.

here are some pics of a 5mm RAD stroker rebuilt with my preference of rods- stock oem: 64x-11651-01-00 rods, 93310-525u4-00 bearings and 82m-11685-00-00 thrust washers.
These parts are still available from Yamaha- don't know what crankpins were used. I have 5 of these all together and get them rebuilt on a time change basis. Very reliable- no breaking or even stretching of small pin hole.

I was told that the billet webs are not friendly to rebuilds because the crank pin fit gets put of tolerance. Has anyone else heard this?

Thank's for advice - have asked at ADR and they said same thing. It has oem yamaha rods on it.It's very cheap - like 100 eur - even if needs to replace all rods and bearings still a good deal maybe!?

how much would cost one of those cranks?
