62T no spark? Vibrating sound from solenoid?

So I have a blaster with a 62T RIVA 780 motor in it, been running like a champ since I picked it up 2 weeks ago. Took it out today for a rip she started fine ran good, stopped in the middle of the lake to adjust my boot and wouldn’t start back up. Turned over and over but wouldn’t fire. Pulled back to shore put on a stand checked plugs, no spark. Popped the fuse it looked a little crusty so changed both plugs and fuse, didn’t help. Called it quits and went to hit start again then wouldn’t even turn over and had a vibration and dead sound from what feels like the solenoid? I just put my hand on the e box and can feel something vibrating.

Where should I begin? I hate electrical issues, but I have a modified cdi sitting aside i can put in if that’s the possible issue. Any insight would be great thanks!

if the fuse was bad, it wouldn't crank over at all.
grab the spark plug and crank it. make sure it doesn't have spark.
disconnect the black and white plug from the stop button down at the box where the 2 plug ins from the switch are.
a kid with a no spark sj just called the other day and after he unplugged the black and white plug, it had spark.
bad switch.
if that aint the problem, a bad CDI or stator most likely.
probably the CDI, but sometimes a starter Bendix comes apart and takes the stator winding out.
buzzing from the solenoid sounds like a dead battery

How many volts am I suppose to be getting to the ignition coil while cranking? Right now it’s reading .3V

Update: we replaced the cdi with a modified rev one I picked up off a guy from here a couple months back, fired up right away. My only concern is... it’s a 62T motor (riva ported 780) the cdi box that came out is a 61x and the new one gone in is a 6m6 cdi. It came with a female jumper but I didn’t need to use it, all the connections matched fine. Is there going to be any issues running this? Should I have a proper 62T cdi in it? ( whoever dropped the motor in kept the 61X electronics I’m assuming)

i think i understand only difference is rev limit is lower on the 6m6. but i have a stock 62t cdi or a protec modded cdi or a msd enhancer for sale if you want to go another route :) *edit just saw you said its rev limit was modified ...
