62T Stator Testing

Is there a way to test it when it's pulled all the way off? I searched a bit but didn't see anything immediately. I pulled it off a ski that had an engine failure that wasn't related to the stator. I want to put up for sale but I want to test it before selling it just to be sure nothing happened to it.

Send to OCD solutions, he has a bench tester (I have a new OCD 62T stator for sale as well if you need one).

You can only ohm test it, but stators usually act up when warm. Only way to truly test it is to have OCD or JSS test it on their simulators(just like how they test alternators at autopart stores)

Very true, however the only pulser failures I've noted, have been the input wire near the splice separating which of course would give you zero continuity on your meter. It's proper reading should be about 14.5 - 14.7. It has heavier wire than the charging coil and generates a lot less voltage- not prone to fail as easily.
