64x different cylinder compressions

I believe I have found the issue as the front piston has a taller stroke then the back (minimal but makes a compression difference). Everything has been torqued to specs and the motor runs perfectly fine. can i just put in a smaller dome to bump up the compression?

I wouldn’t even risk running that crank but that’s just me

If what you say is true the crankshaft is out of phase, it won't run for long and it won't run right, you can run it like that till it pukes it's guts out or you can save yourself a lot of headache down the road and fix it right the first time.
