The 760 can be made fast fairly easily. You can use the stock ignition just fine however there are three lumps on the flywheel, the third lump initiates a timing delay on the rear cylinder. If you grind the third small lump off it performs admirably.
Additionally you will need to change jetting and likely the head. The 760 comes with staggered jetting from the factory as well as staggered compression to combat the rear cylinder/crank going pop due to the added stress of the couch.
If once you have done these things if it is still lacking bottom end for your riding style a zeeltronics ignition drops right in and you have yourself a monster.
I want a 760 cylinder, they have a lot of potential once you start adding parts.
