300/440/550 650 carb problem

lemmie give yah the run down of all thats happened
650 motor
keihn 38mm rebuilt
stock 140 main jet
75 slow jet
stock needle and seat
lines hooked up correctly
nothing clogged anywhere
(thought i was getting air in the fuel so now im just running line from tank to carb)
motor passed leakdown test
180 compression

and the problem
ow speed is suppose to be turned out 5/8 turn, but it wont run like that unless i rev way up into the rpms to run off of high speed and not die
to get it to idle and run at all i have to have the low speed screwed out like 3 or 4 turns

you have to prime it then blip the throttle to get it to start and drive off blipping the throttle or it will just die

if im driving and then get on the gas it dies..

i am at my end trying to figure this out

Selling all X2 and 650 parts - message me!
You have a blockage somewhere in the low speed curcuit. I would suggest tearing down the carburetor and finding the blockage - maybe the filter is clogged in the carburetor. Try another carburetor if one is available to rule out that it is the problem.
Best wishes. Prof

i guess i need to check my pop off again

man it runs so pro mid to high, but low to mid and low just suck ass
it acts like its running rich by boggin out and then starting to get back to revs, but when you pump that primer it roars to life, its like its rich but its lean
haha lame

well i got sick of that bastard so i put a bn38 on it and its running perfect off the hose, gotta go stick it in the water, finish up the tune and enjoy
