650/X-2 650 sx Tether/kill switch

I have searched about 345 threads and realize that the faceplate is no longer made as well as if I am lucky I can find one on ebay but it will probably cost me.

What options have other people done ? Wire in a Tether off of ebay ?

My gf is riding this ski and i don't trust her to not just let go when she falls off and where we ride has a decent amount of piers etc.

I don't want to turn the idle down either so please don't suggest that.

I put a 750 ss kill switch on mine but just the faceplate its the same thing just with a teather

Did you have to re-route anything or could you just swap the plates ? I thought 750 was side by side instead of up and down

I wired in a Tigershark switch that had the same choke set-up, since went to primer, and it has a momentary bilge switch. Works well and not difficult.

Nope just the front plate off a sit down but iv seen some with side by side too i think just different years but yes i would find a up and down one and just switch the plates

The switch from a Kawasaki 650 TS is a direct bolt up. I have one laying around. If interested PM me.
