650 with 760 electronics

I posted this here before I put a full 760 electrical in a 650 6n6 ended up with the rear cylinder overheating some pics attached I think the cylinder head was filled with dirt,rust and mud.. was this the problem or was it the 760 electrical

760 ignition would make the rear cylinder run cooler, not hotter. Ignition was not the problem. The absurdly bad condition of the engine's cooling jackets, that's an issue.
I should of checked the head but the outside of the motor looked brand new it sat in a garage for years i kick myself for not taking that head off
