650sx drive shaft alignment

So I took out an engine in this hull took out the thru hull bearing removed motor mounts and replaced them. I was putting in a 650motor out of another ski that ran but hull was in rough shape. So I would connect the drive shaft and then i couldn’t get the engine mounts and bolts to line up they were close but it just wasn’t enough so I took off the pump so the drive shaft would have play then installed the motor and putting the pump back on the drive shaft is crooked it’s too high and to the left (looking from the back). I’m not sure what to do? Do I force it on? Loser the engine mounts? Could it be the thru hull bearing?

Adjust the bearing support
I have had to drill out the 4 bolt holes on that support to get perfect alignment... kawasaki.

I didn’t do that I got it on by loosening the mounts and taking the pump off.

If you have a bad vibration when riding the fix will be shimming
