650/X-2 650SX Second Cooling Line Broke at Hull (inside)

I'm hoping someone out there has a fix for this. I was using the second line that goes through the hull into the pump cavity for the second cooling line and did something stupid, which caused it to break off flush with the bulkhead.

I did the same thing about three months ago. Definitely an oh :):):):) moment. I went down to autozone and got a long length of steel brake line the same diameter as that plastic hose. Hammered i through the back of the hull. (I got the end hot with a torch to melt through the old plastic one) You'll have to go through all the foam, and then try to line it up with same same hole as the original. I used a coat hanger as a guide. then silicone that biatch and you should be good to go. I've had mine like that for a while and it works great.

BRASS TUBING FROM LOWES COMES IN A SIZE to match the od of the tube in question, plumbers adhesive and slide it over the broken tube about 2-3" and call it done...

i took a 1/4" to 3/8" conversion barb, sanded down the 1/4" barbs, applied sealant and pushed inside the exiting hole. the brass tubing idea sounds good to though! mine has been running for a month like that and no problems.

As long as we're fabricating cooling line exits here... How do you mod the other side of the stock output/modded second cooling line input, so that it has a barb on it?

I have that, and it seems to be holding up... but I dont want it to pop off while i'm underway, who knows what havoc that would cause, so I have it plugged on the other side for now.
