650sx won’t start

I’m having a issue I bought this 1990 650 sx and I replaced the stator because it didn’t have spark it has spark now but won’t start I’ve put gas in the cylinder I’ve put gas in the carb I’ve tried everything and it still won’t fire or do anything
Compression in both cylinders is 150
Has spark in both cylinders
It is getting fuel
I don’t know if my timings of I will put a picture E904E230-AC31-4F2A-ACDC-D83E6EECFAFE.jpeg

Timing is set by lining a mark up on the stator with the one on the case in the 10 o'clock bolt. If they are lined up that is stock timing.

Have you done a leakdown test to verify crank seals are good?

Here is a good link on leakdown testing but that was a little premature on my part: https://www.x-h2o.com/threads/pressure-test.1303/

If your compression is actually 150 in both and you put fuel directly in the engine you should have gotten it to fire at least once. I'm guessing you may have spark but it's probably too weak to ignite (which was your original issue). Can you confirm spark on both plugs?

Yes both cylinders have spark I have poured gas in both cylinders and separate cylinders and never got anything I’ve tried a hotter plug and a colder plug still nothing and the spark is blue
