is the only way to get a 927 (from an 800) to bore and replate or is there a drop in sleeve to avoid the plating?
thank you. that's what I needed to know.Dasa/Racers Edge has sleeves for the 66E that you can use with 87mm pistons.
I see, the sleeve that is in there now is from SBT and only will go out to 81 too.The LA-Sleeve part number YA-5356 has a maximum bore size of 81mm
The Northwest Sleeve part number 1451 has a maximum bore size of 82mm.
If you want to go with a larger bore they'll have to be custom made and the price will be 125 bucks a piece.

if I go with a custom sleeve can I tell them what porting I want? that might be the best idea yet.
the only reason I know what mine is, is because I bought it from tom21 who bought it from sbt.my 66e has been resleeved, but its not a BB sleeve...
is there a way to tell what kind it is???

Yes....... P.V. or Non-P.V. with your own port timing specs and maximum sleeve O.D for the cylinder casting.

What companies do these?
