So I jumped into this whole Blaster 800pv conversion assuming that a WDK pipe would come around sooner than later. well one did and I missed out on it. now the season is here and I want to ride.
with John @ jet ski haven making that adapter. it gave me an idea.
I have a HX factory pipe at home that I was thinking I could make an adapter for the seadoo bolt pattern then bolt it up
the manifold faces forward l then I could make brackets to have the chamber perpendicular to the motor. with a gp760 water box in the back.
would the pipe work on this motor at all?
the 717 motor bore is 2mm larger and the stroke of the 717 is 10mm shorter though
