Lean Meats
Lots of Water

No Sugar
No Sodium

nothing harsh there..

Im talking the colonic and the stupid colon cleansing programs. For 40 bucks you could do tons of juicing with fresh veggies and fruits to do a natural cleanse of your digestive tract as well as up your fiber intake gradually for over a week.

I think the diet you posted is great in general, but being in the nutrition industry, they just try to scam a lot of people into gettin them when they don't need to!!!

yeah agreed.. the infomercials really make you think all you need is to take a one shot deal and your done.. poop out an alligator and your healthy..! but thats the way things are today.. ppl want eat whatever, when ever, exercise very little, stay up late and then they wonder why do I have cancer/heart disease/diabetes(2)?

I really get a kick outta some ppl (ie my 300lb mother in law..yikes!) around that i've talked to about diet and nutrition.. If you tell them about a diet, or a great nutritional product and they will hum, haw and analyse the crap out of it and wonder if its safe to take.. But you never see them at the Colonel's house asking whats in that damn chicken?! weird no?
