During my last ride of the season last year my ski was ripping with no issues whatsoever and then died on me and came to a complete stop and had to get towed in. It would turn over good but didn’t fire. Got back to the shop and I checked spark and it was strong from both wires. Replaced plugs and still nothing. A couple weeks ago I took apart the ebox and flywheel cover to look at stator. Everything looks good in the ebox, with no damaged wires or connections. When I pulled the stator off it looked like my charge coil was damaged so I replaced the whole stator yesterday. I’m running a zeeltronic cdi and it’s been hooked up and running for a couple seasons. I put a brand new 46 mikuni in last year and ran really good coming from dual 38s which never ran as smooth. Put the ebox, stator, flywheel, etc. back together hoping the bad charge coil would be the fix but it’s still turning over strong with good spark but not firing. I checked compression and both cylinders are reading 175. I’m thinking it’s fuel related, but with it being a brand new carb with maybe a dozen rides on it, I figured it wouldn’t be the internals of the carb. Any suggestions on where to turn next?
