701 62t SN SJ with protec pipe Tuning

ok I have my 701 62t out of a stock wave raider that is now in my SN SJ. I am having a hard time getting it tuned in. the top end pulls great but the bottom end is not so powerfull. a little boggy. I am hoping its tuning and not the t set up. I know Crab has got his SJ runnin good with his factory pipe. But I was just looking for someone with a cure all for my tuning specs : ) otherwise Ill be reading every thread around and twisting some screws and lean it out till it runs right

OK I played with my carbs with my engine builder and got them to pop off at 55 PSI the high speed jets in the pto carb are 130 and the mag carb are 120 the low speed jets in both carbs are 67.5. and it is the 1.5 seats.
