Super Jet 701 b pipe?????

looking at the factory pipe website they have a b pipe for a 701 up to 95 and another one for 96+ what is the difference i have a 91 sn but a 61x/61x motor.

94 and 95 came with 701's though right?? shouldnt it be 90-93, and 94+?

i have a 95 with the 61x as well

There shouldn't be any difference in the pipe itself, but the carb jetting parts that come with the pipe will be different from 94-95 to 96 and up.

i was told theirs a 61x mani and a 62t man. Whats the difference in those?

The 62T manifold has bigger bolt holes to accomodate the M10 bolts in the 62T cylinder. It also has a different port shape. You can make either one work on either cylinder with some work.

The only diff. is the price because the 96 up kit has a 45 deg hose (to go from chamber to waterbox) and jets for the two 38s. You can, and should , cut and use your oem hose on a square nose set up (90-95). Stinger and waterbox are the same size. 96-up has larger waterbox fittings than the chamber that's why a 45 ell is included in that kit

So the pipe is the same and I should order a pre 96 since I'm runing a single carb?
