701 carb issues

hi how's it going, this past summer I blew up my 701 Superjet (rear cylinder leaned out). I rebuild it with 62t bottom and 61x top end with dual carbs. Now the issue I am having is that I can get fuel all threw out the lines, threw the carbs, and back to the return line to tank but I am not get fuel to spray into the intake. I have rebuild the carbs with the engine rebuild and put stock jets and spring back in and had the carbs apart 8 times rebuild and cleaned and can't seem to figure it out. Also I have a stock pipe. Please let me know your thought.

There are So many factors at play here to stab at this issue...
Stock carbs? Dual 38's? Any modifications to the carbs? Did someone drill out the return nipple thinking that it was clogged up? Any fuel restrictions, filter, pick-up tube collapsed? High low screw settings? Did you use genuine mikuni kits? Did you pressure test the carbs?........
Give us just a little more info.

Yes they are stock carb no mods to them that I believe of. When I opened them up for the first time they were rusty as poop and I cleaned them as much as I could I used a torch cleaner to clean the jets. New fuel filter and i set the high low to stock settings and yes I use that kit paid a good amount for them. And idk how to pressure test the carbs?

is it one or both? if its just one id just replace it, a 38 is cheap, hell even a stock 44 is cheap.

Both it's getting into the carbs an diagrams but doesnt spray and goes back to tank

then something is wrong with your rebuild/internal. one i could see blocked, both not working and both being rebuild says to me somethings not put together right.

tear them completely apart, take out the jets and everything that will come out then soak the entire carb in Chem dip overnight. After that blow through the jetting area and everywhere else with carb cleaner.

Yes I have that dip stuff I did it before. I'm gonna pull them off trw and soak them and try it again. Can't hurt to try again.

Also spray some carb cleaner through the jets and make sure it makes it comes out in the right location.

IMO it is a bad idea to soak a complete carb in the chem dip. This stuff IS strong.... Thing is your carb(s) have plastic bushings, and rubber seals at the throttle shaft, and the chem dip can damage these, and cause an air leak. That is unless you remove the shafts, and get shaft rebuild kits as well.

Sounds to me like you just did not get your carbs clean enough. If they were that rusty, the small internal passages could be corroded. You may be better off with different carbs.

carb cleaner will certainly destroy the rubber shaft seals quickly, the bushings are prob. Delrin and not easily damaged .
