701 Crank Coupler o-ring

So is there an o-ring that goes on the rear of the crank at the coupler?

I don't ever remember seeing one on both of my 701's but the parts diagram shows a sleeve and sealing ring like what you would find on a Kawasaki.

Yes. It's a square cut rubber oring.

Yes, thank you I have that part correct. I checked last night and the gasket kits don't have that square o-ring but you can definitely see the groove in the coupler.

I just put a regular o-ring of the right size. Seem to fit great and make contact.
