We stock the front and rear replacement crank bearings. There is a special tool to remove them and use a press to install them. There may be other ways to do it.

You use a standard bearing clamp to remove the bearing.
Press the old bearing off after u tighten the bearing clamp up with wrench till it in seats the bearing.
NOTE!!!!!
Do not press the new bearing on or you may damage the crank
You cannot press on the full length of the crank shaft or you will pinch the pin bores and the crank will be out of true.
You have to put the crank in freezer for about an hour and heat the inner bearing race to 200 deg F with small butane crack torch.
Be careful not to put any heat on bearing race cage.
The bearing will slip right on.
Soon as u get bearing on cool with compressed air to keep the heat from migrating into the bearing cage.
