701 IND Surf Nozzle

New from 701 is the worlds first steering nozzle that has been purposely built for todays Freerider. Most skis built for the surf end up with a D-Cut ride plate. While this is the way to go , it also has a set back in leaving your nozzle more exposed . With the skis being shorter and more powerful, this now has allowed tricks to be pulled off in the shore breaks, but with that comes shallow water. The OEM and alloy A/M nozzles don't like hitting the bottom and usually come off second best. Pointless running out and getting another one, same thing will happen . Now you can buy a Surf nozzle that has addressed all the issues. Has a opening of 91mm, the steering arm has been shorten for quick steer, and best of all, this 701IND nozzle is perfect for bottom bashing. Its made from a formulated Duro, that on impact, will flex and adsorb the impact so not to damage any other part of the pump or trim parts, but is so strong it can be belted repeatedly with a sledge hammer and still be ready to use. No other nozzle produced can match these features. Plus, you have the choice of 9 colours. RED< BLACK< BLUE< LIME GREEN>HOT PINK<DARK GREEN<ORANGE<YELLOW>GREY talk about Bling.

$89.00 aud [$68 USD] is super cheap insurance from wrecking your ride day or worse.

This nozzle has been put through hell and has come out on top. For sure none of these tests were actually from a ski hitting the ocean floor, but we did our best to go past that impact range. The nozzle was first put in a 40 t press and flatten. It was then stood in the upright position and pressed. This caused the pivot tags to bend out at 90 Degrees , but because of its coned shape, it with held steady against full pressure. Then it was subjected to some huge blows from a sledge hammer and then the sharp end of a log splitter. The nozzle was constantly rotated so it was copping it from all sides. At this point, it was showing only one minor war wound. Then it was subjected to being run over by a work van about 5 times. Still this nozzle stayed intact and ready to use. Then it was offer up to a excavator driver to do what ever he wanted , but he had to break this nozzle. He pounded it with his largest bucket, he tried to drop the sharp edge of the bucket in a attempt to cut it, he ran over it twice and then admitted he was defeated. At this stage the nozzle was pretty beat up and was oval from the excavator running over it twice. so to bring it back to shape so it could be used, we threw in a tub of hot water. Ten minutes later, it was back to its original shape. Finally, it was sat up against a wood pile and shot with a 12G with #3 buck shots. Not even this could affect this nozzle , with only one pellet sticking to it and the rest deflected off it. So after all that, this Duro nozzle could be fitted and used and you would not know it had been to hell and back. I would like to call this new Surf nozzle indestructible, but at the end of the day, a 300 win mag running a hollow point put this nozzle finally out of commission. Video will follow soon.

When you get them finished could you put up a pic of one next to a stock 61x nozzle for side to side comparison in size and all that.

I'm going to order a 2-3 along with those surf switches for combined shipping to USA. Thanks!

I can do that , but for your info, the length is identical to a OEM nozzle. Only the internal size was changed and the steering arm made shorter for quick steer. Surf Switches im not sure what you are refering to?
