Super Jet 701 motor compression drop then raise

ok i got a 701 motor the compression was at 150 80 then i put marvel mystery oil in both cylinders and let it sit for a little well then compression came to 150 130 so my qustion is should i add it again and let it sit longer or is that a exceptable number or is there a better way to get compression up with out doing a top end kit i got a spare 650 motor for my superjet but i dont wanna put it in unless i have to

The only reason the compression went up was because you put oil in it. The oil prevents some blowby. You are not going to fix a low compression issue with oil, sorry.
The only way to fix such low compression is new pistons + bore.

I really doubt it. You may get lucky and it's only a stuck ring.
You should take the head off and inspect the bore. If it's scored, you know what to do.

Depends on how bad the sleeves and pistons are. The only way to tell is to pull your head
