You can tell fairly quickly who the reputable freestyle builders are just from this thread.
I've talked extensively to and dealt with all three, Paul, Chuckie, and Art.
Paul helped me appreciate the sport by me seeing him both ride incredibly, and then by seeing his motor-building capability. He made my dual 47mm 760 SJ perform to the best of it's ability.
Chuckie wowed me from day one with his port-mapping skills and knowledge of the little details of building and performance tricks. He's putting the finishing touches on my 6mm ADA motor as we speak. The rework porting he did on my Riva cylinder has given me enough new fun that I am not even upset that my new Watercraft Factory hull/6mm ADA combo is ready yet (that's my fault as I have delayed driving down to Florida to have him and Pat set it up and tune it until July).
Art was nice enough to sell me a 6mm crank (at a great price) so that Chuckie could finish my new motor. Then I spoke extensively with Art and learned how much he knows as well. crammit442 has an ADA billet cylinder (last summer's ADA offering) motor machined by Art that makes a ton of low-end power even though many people say that the ADA won't perform as good as others.
All three of these guys are incredible builders. All have members on here who have proven skis built by each, and all three have a mutual respect for each of the other (from what I have encountered).
