Hi All,
I wanna make sure my cooling lines are run properly on my SJ this weekend before I take it out for the maiden voyage. I have never worked with a 701 or red pipe before this, the last thing I want is for this engine to over heat after I have put so much time into it.
There are five valves on this red pipe so let me make sure I cover them all.
1. closet to the exhaust manifold is hooked directly up from the pump.
2. The next valve in the line from exhaust mani to stinger is going up to the head.
3. The third valve is the blue line coming off the back of the pipe, this goes directly to the stinger.
4. The fourth valve is blocked off (by the previous owner of the pipe, he also hooked up the blue line to the stinger)
5. The fifth is the stinger hooked up to the number 2.
I have two valves on the head, the rear is going out to the pipe, the one in front I have going out to the pisser.
Does this setup make sense? To me it does, but I just wanted to double check. I don't want to have to mess with the cooling lines at the lake.
Thanks for the help!
